    We just bought a horned fruit and are wondering how to eat it. Do we just slice it and scoop out the inside? Do you have any recommendations? Thanks.

    I read that people use it like you would a cucumber. I am not near my computer right now (am text msging this) but if you search this blog for kiwano and “raita” you will get a post with a recipe for kiwano raita and some others. Hope that helps.
