Found this interesting lime curd at the store and decided to bring it together with a lime shaped puff pastry base that I made and some whipped cream.
There really is no recipe for this picture. I used store bought pepperidge farms puff pastry dough and sculpted it as you see here. Some details of how to build something like this can be found in this post.
