Unfortunately it didn't come out as good as it looks.. maybe b/c I used beef broth & saffron instead of water & Goya? Maybe needed more saffron? Oh well... Also I should have cut the sweet potatoes in bigger chunks, they were barely holding their shape when the stew was done. Reciep looks nice, and the picture tempted me into trying it out.
