When we found out my oldest daughter has severe nut allergies it was scary to learn how so many foods have hidden nut products. Its got to be a whole lot worse for gluten and other basic ingredients. She is EXTREMELY allergic to dog saliva but thats easy to avoid, not the nuts. In fact, she spent the night in Children's Hospital in Boston last night with anaphylactic shock .. after all these years, something slipped by and it sure was scary. Thankfully she and my husband were right by Childrens, simply the best place they could have been for this problem. I do not have any food intolerances other than this very serious problem - I eat and I gain weight. Have not been able to fix that problem yet! Cant go cold turkey.
