Also I read somewhere that as a subsitute for unflavored Gelatin, you would use 1/2 the amount of Xantham Gum that the recipe calls for.  Lastly whenever using any of these food chemicals it seems to me wise to make sure you&#039;re not using more than you need to and that is is mixed extremely well.</description>

		<description>Xanthan gum can cause cancer if it gets stuck in your intestines.

Like fiber, gums can&#039;t be digested, so they just get thrown out of your body. But there can be a chance of it getting stuck. 

I&#039;m not sure how often it happens though.</description>
