I have to tell you tho, I recently went looking for "real" chocolate and was left shocked at just how expensive cocoa powder alone can be! Tomorrow, I am going to commemorate the day by nibbling some fair trade organic chocolate I bought recently. Nibble is the operative word. For one, just a nibble and not more because its not THAT good for me :-) and the second reason would be the little chocolate fiends I call my children who think all chocolate has THEIR name on it and mom should just watch.
