		<description>Great pictures.  They look like energy!  Great recipe too.  Your words on caffeine make me think about my consumption.  My one vice.  I have reversed my diabetic condition and am all most finished with my ebook on how I did it.  My daily breakfast is almost identical to your oatmeal and starfruit breakfast!  I use kiwi instead.
