I am going to do a whole bunch of holiday baking for gifts for family and friends. I should try this as well. And yay for saving a turkey on Thanksgiving! I have been wanting to try a tofurky, but I also think that a dinner of fresh, seasonal produce and whole grains sounds just perfect as well. I was also thinking about maybe mushrooms-stuffed phyllo rolls. So many choices... What a wonderful reason to bake cookies!!
