		<description>Susan: Hope you like it!  I actually do olive oil substitution in many recipes for baking because 1) I dont always have butter on hand (would never have margarine or hydrog lard on hand) and 2) I hate getting a pan dirty by melting butter.. I hate cleaning :-).

That pumpkin streusel was so moist, amazing stuff.  Pumpkin is a fantastic ingredient I need to use more often!</description>
