I like to use Corona beer for chili's and other Mexican dishes - it adds a great taste to these types of dishes.

Hmm.. I know sapporo but have never tasted it or cooked with it. When I cook with beer its usually guinness - great for super hearty stew like applications.

I have cooked with many a beer and I do like cooking with Bud. Although I always "buy american" I do have to admit that a great beer to cook with is Saporo. If you dont know, its a japanese beer and it really gets into the food nicely. Still love america!
