L: Sage is so easy and has been very forgiving of my poor attentions this summer - I have been using sage this past week more than usual, while cooking I just turn around and reach up for a leaf. Made some white and sweet potato soup yesterday, sage was perfect with it.

I don't know why I have two sage plants in the garden. Both are prolific, and one would be enough. I've got some in my drying screen now.

I still have quite a bit of sage and I'm thinking I should try drying some too. I did make that dried herb rub earlier in the summer, which was my first time ever drying any herbs, and it was a success.

Fun seeing your kitchen too. Love the high ceilings!
