Just a reminder, the submission deadline for DMBLGIT March 2009 is this Friday, March 20th. Submissions have been coming like gangbusters.

And just let me say – Wow, you people are simply amazing photographers! You can see the images you have sent me in the slideshow above!
The judging for this contest is going to be VERY hard and it will require frequent breaks for snacks!
Tomorrow I will post a listing of our distinguished panel of judges.
Today I am rushing off to spend the day at the International Boston Seafood Show where I will be watching Iron Chef Morimoto give the keynote address (and will I get to meet him? Who knows! Stay tuned)

I sent in my two cute Hazelnuts Macaroon Pandas to say <<<>>> to you. As you might have heard that earlier this year, my country, the ROC on Taiwan, received two cute little pandas from China to mark the effort in world wide panda conservation. To celebrate this memorable occasion, I created my version of Hazelnuts Macaroon Pandas and fondly named them after the two real pandas Tuan Tuan and Yuan Yuan, whose names together mean “reunion”. My Tuan Tuan and Yuan Yuan are so honored to be in the same Delicious DMBLGIT competition with you. Beav.
