As you might have heard that earlier this year, my country, the ROC on Taiwan, received two cute little pandas from China to mark the effort in world wide panda conservation. To celebrate this memorable occasion, I created my version of Hazelnuts Macaroon Pandas and fondly named them after the two real pandas Tuan Tuan and Yuan Yuan, whose names together mean "reunion". My Tuan Tuan and Yuan Yuan are so honored to be in the same Delicious DMBLGIT competition with you. Beav. Dear All:
