I am now processing some of the photos I took at the International Boston Seafood Show of 2007.

Here are a couple fun shots of a motorcycle tricked out to look sorta like a shark and fish.

Its sorta reminiscent of the fish car I shot at last year’s show.

You may have read recently in the New York Times an article, “China’s True Dash of Flavor” by Fuchsia Dunlop, that tries to sooth readers into a laconic gullibility around the use and consumption of MSG or monosodium glutamate.

This article is so substatially unfortunate on various levels.

It suggests that, as many “good” chinese cooks use MSG, this highly processed industrial agent is good enough for you.

Tomorrow, I will be posting an article that gives you the facts about monosodium glutamate without insulting your intelligence or taste.

You can decide if you want to eat a neurotoxin, gain weight while eating even less, and whether you want to be feeding your babies formula with MSG, baby food with MSG, and snack and prepared foods with MSG.
