Raw Food

I have spawned this topic into a new blog – Raw+Simple.
Visit there for much more on raw food cuisine and some common sense about some of the misconceptions floating around in the raw food world.
I am exploring a diet that incorporates much more raw fruits and vegetables.
Some people adhere to a strict diet of JUST fruits (frutarianism), others are only 100% vegan foods while others will eat raw cheese, raw milk and raw yogurt. I am inclined toward the latter.
There are even those who eat raw meats in what is called the Primal diet.
Interesting stuff and this sort of diversity is what makes the world go around!
I am going to be testing recipes I find on the web and cookbooks (will be happy to review raw food cookbooks) and will also be crafting my own recipes.
