One of the JMS outfits I got!

As you can tell from the badge in my sidebar, I am a reviewer for BlogHer. This time I get to offer a fantastic chance at winning a $500 JMS (JustMySize plus size clothing) shopping spree!

As part of my participation in this contest, I got to do a test-run shopping spree with the JMS clothing line. (Cool huh?)

Let me say up front that one of the big things I like about this plus-size clothing line is a good selection of colorful non-revealing clothing. I have no desire to look like Britney Spears, zero.

These clothes are for casual wear so they include comfortably fit blouses, shirts, tank-tops, pants, capris, shorts, dresses, and skirts. They also carry an excellent selection of bras and underwear that I have used for years.

In my shopping spree (smaller than the one being offered here) I got the following:
2 White crew neck tee shirts
2 Dark blue crew neck tee shirts
Gray crew neck tee shirt (love these! So soft and comfy, roomy)
Blue tank top
2 print maxi skirts (VERY comfortable waist on these, MAJOR bonus for including a black shell inside so you dont need a sweaty slip!)
Blue Diamond modern boot cut jeans with integrated “tummy control”
Super dark side tie capri
Purple side tie capri
Black basic shorts
Blue basic shorts
Kaki two pocket shorts
2 graphic tee shirts
1 great new bra!

It was a pleasure shopping for these because the sizing was quite consistent from one type of clothing to the next. I am an extreme, no-nonsense sort of shopper and have no patience (or time!) to deal with clothing that is marked one size and is actually totally not that size once I get into the dressing room.

In fact, once you have bought some of the JMS line, you can practically shop and pay without making a trip to the dressing room (unless its something new to you or a closely tailored piece).

I had fun using the JMS Mix & Match fashion picker online and was able to capture two of the outfits I bought (see below).

If you use the picker BEFORE you shop, you can save a lot of time! You can go in, do a surgical strike, getting the clothes you know you want, and you are out of the store before you know it. To me, that sounds like heaven!

2) Choose a body type and select clothing. You will get a page like I did below:

3) Note the names of the items you chose and then include those in your comment here. For example, my comment for the above selection would include the following:

“Essential 1×1 Rib Crew-Neck Tee and Smocked Maxi-Printed Skirt”

4) Leave your comment! (ONE TIME, no multiple entries) (Your comment may reference a blog post you made about this contest but each entrant will only have two valid entries in the contest)

5) In addition, you can increase your chances of winning by tweeting the following phrase:
